Kelly Umbers
Co-Founder KK Facial and Skin Aesthetics
I’m Kelly Umbers, Co-Founder of KK Facial and Skin Aesthetics, with over 16 years’ experience in the aesthetics industry. I began my career completing Level 2 and 3 NVQ Beauty Therapy before graduating with a Foundation Degree in Beauty Management, where my passion for advanced skin treatments and skincare truly developed.
As my experience grew, my focus naturally evolved into advanced facials and results-driven skin health. I have represented leading brands including HydraFacial and Morpheus8, strengthening my expertise in delivering high-performance treatments with exceptional client care.
I co-founded KK Facial and Skin Aesthetics to create a space where personalised, bespoke treatments and genuine client experience come first. My approach is centred on trust, education, and guiding each client through their own unique skin journey to achieve healthy, radiant results.
Kirsty Steele
Co-Founder KK Facial and Skin Aesthetics
I’m a Medical Aesthetician with over 15 years’ experience in the aesthetics industry. I began my career in 2010 as a Level 3 Beauty Therapist before progressing to Level 4 qualifications in Aesthetics, building a strong clinical foundation in advanced, results-driven skin treatments.
After more than eight years treating clients, I moved into senior roles with leading global brands, including HydraFacial, where I trained, mentored, and supported clinics at an international level.
I co-founded KK Facial and Skin Aesthetics to return to what I love most — delivering personalised, bespoke treatments in a space where clients feel confident, cared for, and truly listened to. My approach is rooted in trust, education, and tailored care, guiding every client towards healthy, radiant skin.
